Membership & Billing Operations Lead

Kaelo is seeking a Membership and Billings Manager to lead end-to-end membership and billing processes and manage the corresponding operational teams. The role includes onboarding, maintenance of policy holders, policy details, and maintaining stakeholder relations, with a focus on accuracy and timely billing operations.
