WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Manage and maintain the integrity of the Meat Matrix inventory and production system Ensure 100% accuracy of inventory and validate all stock movements Handle product costing, cost calculations and standard cost updates Manage Meat Matrix operators across production and operations Plan and supervise monthly stock takes Daily balancing and reconciliation of yields, recipes, batches and production block tests Monitor and report on margins, yields, production losses …
